Yes. Lite Xpress is known for its nationwide delivery through its own hub and branches and not through contracted agents.

We have our serviceable areas, and ODAs or outside delivery areas all over the Philippines where we deliver.

You can use track and trace feature on our website. Simply enter your Waybill Number and you will see you shipment status.

You can also send an email to our customercare@litexpress.com.ph and inquire about your shipment.

We do not accept prohibited items and any dangerous goods intended for airline transport, classified as Dangerous Goods by airlines.

Lite Xpress can offer alternative modes of transport for any of your shipment needs that will not be accepted by the airlines.

Yes. Please email our Sales team at sales@litexpress.com.ph so they can customize a service proposal for your distinct requirement.
